Meet Alee, Founder of Aybl Psychology

Guidance from someone who truly cares.

Alee is a registered Psychologist and Behaviour Support practitioner with experience supporting individuals across clinical, community, and disability settings. He has worked extensively with both adults and children presenting with neurodivergence and varying psychological needs, including anxiety, depression and substance-use related disorders, in addition to personality, mood and psychotic disorders.

Prior to founding Aybl Psychology, Alee spent three years working with NSW Health in the Drug Health sector, working with addiction and substance abuse treatment, where he developed a strong foundation with clinical formulation, evidence-based treatment for dual-diagnosis clients and navigating systems support.

Currently, Alee specialises in Behaviour Support, developing and implementing support plans in line with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Quality and Safeguarding commission. Alee’s clinical expertise within the NDIS includes working with individuals with developmental and psychosocial disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, Acquired Brain Injuries, Schizophrenia and Psychotic-Related Disorders, Mood Disorders, and comorbid Anxiety/Depression Disorders. He is also experienced in conducting psychometric assessments, writing functional behaviour assessments, and guiding teams in the ethical use and reduction of restrictive practices.

Our clinical work focuses on understanding each individual’s unique story, values, and environment — promoting sustainable change through practical skill-building, emotional awareness, and supportive collaboration with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.

We believe that meaningful support is built on trust, respect, and empowerment. Every session emphasises safety, self-understanding, and resilience, helping clients navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and purpose.
